Process that works

To minimize the customer’s efforts to select the right candidate for his concern, we screened the candidate based on the customer’s requirements before sending them to an interview. We screened the candidate based on his domain knowledge, education, qualifications, and previous work expertise, his interest in that particular work, salary negotiations, conduct certificates, relieving orders from the previous company, extracurricular activities, and family background.
